AFSC 3F151 – Services Journeyman 1 Practice Test

The most relevant document that aids training managers in conducting effective on-the-job training (OJT) throughout the Services career field is the Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP). This document is specifically designed to outline the training requirements for each career field, including the services specialty. It provides a comprehensive framework for both training managers and trainees, detailing the necessary competencies, training resources, and evaluation processes needed to achieve proficiency in their roles.

The CFETP helps ensure that training is standardized and aligned with the needs of the Air Force, making it an essential tool for effective OJT. It supports consistent and efficient training practices, ultimately enhancing the overall performance of personnel within the Services career field.

By utilizing the CFETP, training managers can efficiently track the progress of trainees, implement necessary training interventions, and ensure that all training activities are relevant to the operational demands of the Services field.
